Meet Cameron
"My goal is to help as many people as I can to become pain free, allowing them to be more confident and comfortable in their bodies."
Rolfing Therapy is a holistic form of treatment focused on organizing the body’s structure through hands-on adjustment and movement practices.
The goal is to relieve chronic pain by correctly aligning the skeletal system through painless manipulation of the soft tissue and fascia. Most often, where people have pain is not where the issue lies. Incorporating mindful breathing and body awareness, we're able to create healing for chronic pain and improved mobility.
Cameron Nystrom has always nurtured an interest in physiology, health, sports, and the practices of injury prevention.
He studied kinesiology and biomechanics at Frostburg State University, before being Certified as a Structural Integration Massage Therapist by the Rolf Institute.
"Several serious injuries caused disorder in my structure and connective tissues, which resulted in constant discomfort. No amount of physical therapy or traditional medical practices helped. Once I discovered a Rolfer and underwent a few Rolfing sessions of treatment, my issues never returned. This was life-changing for me."
