"My goal is to help as many people as I can to become pain free, allowing them to be more confident and comfortable in their bodies."

Rolfing Therapy is a wholistic form of treatment focused on organizing the body’s structure through hands-on adjustment and movement practices.

The goal is to relieve pain by correctly aligning the skeletal system through painless manipulation of the soft tissue and fascia. Most often where people have pain is not where ths issue lies. Incorporataing mindful breathing and body awareness we are able to create healing and improved mobility.

Cameron Nystrom has always nurtured an interest in physiology, health, sports, and the practices of injury prevention. He studied kinesiology and biomechanics at Frostburg State University, before being Certified as a Structural Integration Massage Therapist by the Rolf Institute.

"Several serious injuries caused disorder in my structure which resulted in constant discomfort. No amount of physical therapy or traditional medical practices helped. Once I discovered a Rolfer and underwent a few sessions of treatment, my issues have never returned. This was life changing for me."

Client Reviews

“On top of being extremely welcoming and relatable, Cameron possesses the intuition and skill of someone that you want behind your injuries, impediments, and barriers. Every session I spent with Cameron brought progress that lasted, even months later I still feel the same as I did during the sessions. I feel stronger, more mobile, more aware of my body, and all of that is thanks to Cameron's knowledge and ability of how to make people feel good in their body again.”
